We were extremely happy after working with Kari to purchase our first home in the city during 2016. She's very quick to respond, even on weekends and holidays, and went the extra mile to get us into the house we really wanted. I don't think we ever had an appointment time that was inconvenient for us, as she always was working around our schedules.
